Vics & The Vine is one of Ayrshire's most exciting day-to-night destinations - home to The Vine, our stylish restaurant serving seasonal dishes and fine wines, and Vic's, our vibrant bar bringing casual comfort food, live music, and late-night energy to the heart of Prestwick.

We're on the hunt for a confident, people-focused Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in leading this dynamic venue - someone who's hands-on, team-driven, and thrives on delivering an outstanding guest experience.

 

What we're looking for:

OTE** from £38,000

  • Experience in a senior management role within a fast-paced, casual dining enviroment
  • Confident managing large teams across both bar and restaurant environments
  • Someone passionate about delivering hospitality
  • Skilled in supporting day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and team development
  • Passionate about driving standards, service, and team culture
