Situated in the heart of Kilmarnock town centre, the three-floor Central Support Office features an industry-leading training academy and is home to the Finance & IT, People, Procurement, Compliance, Customer Services and Marketing teams.

At Buzzworks, we believe great hospitality starts with great people - and that's where you come in. We're looking for a motivated and detail-focused People Administrator to join our energetic People Team and support our mission to make people feel great through hospitality.

What You'll Do:

You'll be a key support for our People Business Partners and the wider people team, playing an important role across recruitment, resourcing, people management, culture, engagement and people operations. You'll help bring our values to life behind the scenes, making sure our teams have everything they need to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing day-to-day admin support across all areas of the people function
  • Becoming a super user of our HR, ATS, and CRS systems - maintaining accurate records and offering system support to venues
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns, employee welcome programme, and learning & development initiatives
  • Creating and sharing engaging content through our internal communications channels, ensuring our teams are informed and engaged
  • Responding to people-related queries from the operation with a friendly, solution-focused approach
  • Presenting people KPI reports, helping us use data to drive smart, people-first decisions
