Full Time

Situated in the heart of Kilmarnock town centre, the three-floor Central Support Office features an industry-leading training academy and is home to the Finance & IT, People, Procurement, Compliance, Customer Services and Marketing teams.

At Buzzworks, we're on a mission to make people feel great through hospitality, which starts with our people. As we continue to grow and shape the future of our award-winning venues, we're looking for a passionate, people-first Business Partner to join our team.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the key link between our People and Operations teams, supporting them across the entire employee lifecycle - from attracting top talent to nurturing our alumni network. This isn't your average HR role; you'll be at the heart of our culture, helping to bring our core values to life every day: Value Every Voice; Care with Flair; Grow Forward Together

Your role will be dynamic and collaborative, covering:

  • Recruitment & Workforce Planning - Helping our venues stay brilliantly staffed and future-ready
  • Welcome & Onboarding - Making every new start feel like it's the best decision they've made
  • Reward & Recognition - Celebrating our people and what they bring to the table
  • Performance Management - Driving high standards with heart
  • Policy Development - Keeping all people policies fresh, relevant, and inclusive
  • Culture & Engagement - Inspiring our teams to thrive and grow within the Buzzworks family
  • Partnership with Learning & Development - Helping shape learning journeys that truly empower our people
  • Supporting our People Strategy - Contributing to our long-term plans in a growing, evolving business

Who You Are:

You're a proactive people professional who loves connecting with people and making things better. You've got experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality experience is a bonus!) and a solid understanding of UK employment law and people practices. You're energised by growth, collaboration, and a workplace where every day brings something new.

Most importantly, you're aligned with our belief that when we care deeply for our teams, they'll care deeply for our guests.

What You'll Get:

  • A vibrant, values-led working culture
  • Opportunities to shape the future of a growing business
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Career development and access to award-winning training
  • Perks, wellbeing support, and plenty of fun along the way
